We understand that our most valuable asset
is you. And only if you're completely happy
with our products and service, you will buy
from us again. And you'll also tell your
friends how great we are!
So we visited
our competitors, and viewed their
return policies. Most of them are offering a
30 to 90 day return policy. We decided to
make our return policy better...
We're so confident in our products and
service, we're going to give you
*1 Full Year
to make sure you are happy with it. So,
examine it... try it... use it. If for any
reason you are unhappy with it, just ask and
we will refund your money or give you an in
store credit towards anything else you wish
to purchase.
Refunds
issued within 90 days from the date of
purchase will be in the form of a credit
refunded to the original credit card used
for the purchase. Refunds issued after 90
days from date of purchase will be in the
form of a company check made out directly to
you.
In case of returning goods:
Please send us an email with your name,
order number, product name, and the problem
you have with the product. We are not
accepting any returns without this
information.
Item(s) must be returned in working,
resalable condition, with original packaging
so we can at least resell them at a
discounted, slightly used, price. Any item(s)
that show signs of misuse or abuse will not
be accepted for refund.
Do not ship anything back without contacting
us first. If it shows up at our door
unannounced, your return will take longer to
process, or it may not happen at all. If we
are expecting it, we can take care of it
right away.
All returns must be accompanied by an RMA#
(Returned Merchandise Authorization Number)
When you contact us we will give you an RMA#
for your return.
All non defective returns are subject to a
15% restocking fee.
If you receive an item that is defective: We
urge you to test your purchase as soon as
you receive it. If for any reason it is not
working properly please call or email us
right away. If we can not fix the issue by
email or over the phone, we will replace it
immediately. Occasionally someone contacts
us with a non functioning stun gun or
personal alarm and all it needs is a new
battery.
If your purchase gets damaged in shipping:
just let us know and we will replace it.
Even if it's the delivery company who
damaged your package, there's no reason you
should get stuck with the bill. So we will
replace it free of charge, and then we will
deal with the delivery company so you don't
have to.
Claims for damaged or defective products
must be made within 15 of the delivery of
your package.
All damaged and/or defective products must
be returned to us BEFORE we will process any
refunds or exchanges. Please do not ask us
to refund your purchase with the intent of
keeping the damaged merchandise in question. If we
don't get it shipped back to us first, we
will not process any refunds or exchanges.
If you receive the wrong order in part:
Contact us right away and we will exchange
any part of the order that was incorrect for
the proper items. Items must be returned in
original unopened package and in unused
condition.

Fighting DVDs:
Instructional fighting DVDs
that have been opened are only returnable
for an in store credit of the original
purchase price, minus the restocking fee. Or
for a replacement of the same DVD title.
Opened pepper sprays: are not eligible for a
refund unless they are defective since we have no way of knowing how
many times they've been used and we can't
resell them.
Un-opened pepper sprays:
in their original packaging are eligible for
our 1 year refund policy.
If you receive a pepper spray that's
defective, we will immediately exchange it
for a new one of the same model, provided
you let us know within 15 days of receiving
the defective pepper spray. After 15 days it
will be assumed that the pepper spray was
working, and someone merely used it up, and
now wants a free one to replace it. We will
not replace a working pepper spray for free.
Hidden Cameras and other surveillance
equipment:
We do not manufacture our hidden cameras or
other surveillance equipment ourselves. The
manufacturers of these products offer a 90
day return policy for any defects in
workmanship, so we can only provide you with
the same 90 day return policy for any
surveillance equipment or hidden cameras.

A few more return policies:
If you should ever need to use a pepper
spray you buy from us, for self defense or
the protection of others, send us a copy of
the police report and we will replace your
pepper spray for FREE.
When you buy a stun gun from us, and after
getting it home you decide that it's not the
right stun gun for you, (too big, too small,
too powerful, not quite powerful enough,
etc.) Just let us know and we'll exchange it
for one that you will feel confident in
carrying. A self defense weapon won't do you
any good if you don't feel comfortable
carrying it (and using it) So we want to be
sure you have the right stun gun for you.
If your new stun gun is less expensive than
the returned one, you will be given a store
credit or a refund of the difference. If
your new stun gun is more expensive than the
returned one, you will need to pay for the
difference in price.
If you should ever need to use a Stun device
that you buy from us, for self defense or
the protection of others, just send us a
copy of the police report and if the device
is damaged in the fight we will replace the
entire unit for FREE

Products, LLC. We do not change our policies
without reason, but if we notice a pattern
of abuse concerning our liberal return
policies, we will be forced to update them
accordingly.
