Your satisfaction is guaranteed. We're so confident in our products, we're going to give you 1 Full Year to make sure you are happy with it. So, examine it, try it, use it for a full year. If for any reason you are unhappy with it, just ask and we will refund your money or give you an in store credit towards anything else you wish to purchase. Refunds issued within 120 days from the date of purchase will be in the form of a credit refund to the original credit card used for the purchase. Refunds issued after 120 days from date of purchase will be in the form of a company check made out directly to you. Item(s) must be returned in working, resalable condition, with original packaging so that we can at least resell them at a discounted, slightly used price. Any item(s) that show signs of misuse or abuse will not be accepted for refund. Opened pepper sprays are not eligible for refund since we have no way of knowing how many times they have been used and we can't resell them. Unopened pepper sprays in their original packaging are eligible for the same 1 year refund policy. If you receive an item that is defective: We urge you to test your purchase as soon as you receive it. If for any reason it is not working properly please call or email us right away. If we can not fix the issue over the phone, we will replace it immediately. Occasionally someone contacts us with a non functioning stun gun or personal alarm and all it needs is a new battery. Do not ship it back without calling, or emailing us first. If it shows up at our door unannounced, it may take longer for us to exchange it. If we are expecting it, we can take care of it right away. All non defective returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. If your purchase gets damaged in shipping: just let us know and we will replace it immediately. If you receive the wrong order in part: Call us right away and we will immediately exchange any part of the order that was incorrect for the proper items. Items must be returned in original unopened package and in unused condition. Fighting DVDs: Instructional fighting DVDs that have been opened are only returnable for an in store credit of the original purchase price, or for a replacement of the same DVD title. When you buy a stun gun from us, and after getting it home, you decide that it's not the right stun gun for you, (too big, too small, not quite powerful enough, etc.) Just let us know and we'll exchange it for one that you will feel confident in carrying. A self defense weapon won't do you any good if you don't feel comfortable carrying it, so we want to be sure you have the right stun gun for you. If your new stun gun is less expensive than the returned one, you will be given a store credit or a refund of the difference. If your new stun gun is more expensive than the returned one, your credit card will be charged for the difference in price. Your life is worth more to us than even the most expensive items on this site... If you should ever need to use a Stun device that you buy from us, for self defense or the protection of others, just send us a copy of the police report and we will replace the battery for FREE; or if the device is damaged in the fight we will replace the entire unit for FREE If you should ever need to use a Pepper spray that you buy from us, for self defense or the protection of others, send us a copy of the police report and we will replace your pepper spray for FREE. How can we afford to do this..? Simple. We hope you'll never need to use your self defense weapons. But if you do, a written copy of an official police report will help show others that these self defense products really do work. This alone could help convince others to purchase these products, and could make up the difference for us on the ones we replace for free. Shipping: Even though we offer free shipping on orders over $50, that does not mean shipping is free for us. If you return an item that is defective, or one that you did not order, we will reimburse you for your return shipping costs and reship the correct item at no cost to you. If the item is not defective, you are responsible for your own return shipping charges. Please be sure you provide us with a correct mailing address for your purchase. If your order gets returned to us as undeliverable, we will have to charge you for any additional shipping cost incurred for re-sending your order to the correct address.
