A note from our president...
I've spent most of my life studying self
defense, and I've also seen what can happen when someone is not
prepared to defend themselves against an attack.
All of this has led me to a few simple
truths...
I believe everyone should take a few
self-defense classes in their lifetime. It’s good exercise and
it could also come in handy some day for saving your life. But
not everyone has the time or money to regularly attend a self
defense class. So what can we do..?
Well, over the years the crew and I have watched a lot of Instructional
Fighting Videos. (I call them videos but most of the newer ones
we’ve found
have actually been on DVDs, not videotape)
The DVDs we've watched have covered everything from
basic self-defense, to barroom brawling and street fighting, all
the way up to advanced martial arts
fighting skills. And even hand-to-hand military combat training.
We took some of the better ones and added them to this site for
you.
Now, these fighting videos are NOT a substitute for proper
teaching by a qualified instructor, but they will teach you a
number of useful, self-defense and hand to hand combat techniques.
